Prices and information

Prices in EURO per person / night, excluding tourist tax for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Children up to 15 years are free of tourist tax.

Surcharges apply for stays of less than 7 nights.

On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 14:00 to 19:00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know by telephone. You can reach us on +43 5444 5400 or +43 664 301 39 68. In case of late arrival, no-show or early departure we will charge the total amount.

To make your check-in on site more pleasant and hassle-free,
we recommend that you fill out your guest details for the registration form in advance so that nothing stands in the way of a smooth start to your vacation.
Seven days before your arrival you will get an e-mail with all details.

Once all details have been entered correctly, you will receive your PIA (digital travel companion in Ischgl) by email within one day. This will then allow you to easily purchase the discounted VIP ski pass online directly from home.

Our rich breakfast buffet is open for you daily from 7:30 to 09:30 am.

Our sauna is open from Sunday to Thursday from 16:00 to 19:00.

One parking space per room is available in the parking garage. (maximum height 2,2m)

Pets are not allowed in the house.

A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation! If a reservation is made, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.

Billing takes place on departure at the latest. We accept cash, EC card, VISA and Master Card. We do not accept Amex or Diners Club.

A deposit is required for a fixed reservation.(according to the reservation letter) Terms and conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.

Cancellations are only valid in written form and will be charged as follows:

• Cancellations made after the booking date will be charged the deposit paid
• from 30 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount
• Cancellation, less than 7 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total amount
• “No Show”, ‘earlier departure’, the full amount will be charged

The general terms and conditions apply according to the Austrian hotel contract conditions. Children up to the age of 14 are excluded from the residence law.
